Newton City Councilor and Mayoral candidate Ruthanne Schwartz Fuller has announced a city-wide initiative to combat the rise in opioid related deaths and dependencies.
With a steep rise in Newton deaths last year to seventeen and so many more struggling, Fuller’s initiative will focus on support over the long haul for those trying to break the cycle of opioid dependency.
