VOTING
There are several different ways to vote in the upcoming elections.
BY MAIL:
To vote by mail in the Tuesday, November 2nd, 2021 General Election you must request a mail-in ballot by 5 p.m. on Wednesday, October 27th. You can request your mail-in ballot at: MailMyBallotMA.com
For the General Election, your mail-in ballot must be received by 8 p.m. on November 2nd to be counted. We recommend mailing ballots 4 days in advance of the election to ensure it arrives in time or dropping your ballot off at the drop box at City Hall (1000 Commonwealth Avenue Newton Centre, MA 02459).
EARLY IN-PERSON:
You will have an opportunity to vote early in person! Early voting will take place at City Hall (1000 Commonwealth Avenue Newton Centre, MA 02459) starting Monday, October 25 through Friday, October 29, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and on Saturday, October 30 from 8:30 a.m. to noon.
ON ELECTION DAY:
The General Election will be held on Tuesday, November 2nd. Polls are open from 7am to 8pm. To find your polling location, check the Massachuttes Secretary of State website: https://www.sec.state.ma.us/wheredoivotema/bal/MyElectionInfo.aspx
